Misinformed

I think you may be misinformed. I think I read several times in the past
few months that the extension failed, but would have passed if the cigar store indian been in D.C. and voted
the right way instead of being on Beacon Hill moving hydrants. Can anyone clear this up? It makes no
difference to me, I wouldn't vote for
Kerry if he was the only one running.
