Schools
So let me get this straight:
33,000 people pay for the 4.481 who
attend our schools.
Maybe thopse 4,481 should pay all of
the school bill.
Of those 4,481 maybe most of it should
be borne by those who can't read the
no parking no standing signs and are
causing accidents.
