I answered my door last week and was hit with a very pushy comcast pitch. i was polite, made it very clear I had no intentions of switching from Beld as I was very happy with it....and the guy just would not take no for an answer. He offered a 30 dollar discount...rattled off the names of channels I did not get with Beld but would with comcast. Then pointed to neighbors' homes that DID switch, looking at me like I was missing the boat. Someone should let this company know that nothing turns consumers off more than this pushy, demanding sales pitch. I finally just turned my back on the man and slammed my door. I have never before had to resort to that kind of rude behavior. But hey...he asked for it.

We have DirecTV for the past 8 years. No problem at all. Its great. Now with TiVo, its even better.

how big is the disk MB on your tivo?

Beld is Best

Beld support is absolutely the finest.
On the occaisions I have had a problem, Beld has sent out a repairman after hours and he replaced the faulty equipment at no charge to me.

I have had to call in the evening for help fixing an email problem, router problem, etc. and if they are busy, they call back as soon as possible. They have never let me down.

My son has comcast and hates it. Unfortunately he doesn't live in Braintree and can't get Beld.

We are so fortunate to have Beld. Where else can you get your name, initials, or nickname for your user name? Only in Braintree!
