This would remotely(over the internet) read electric, water and gas meters and relay the results ro the appropriate billing software! The sewer ---(Its really a tax on water)----tax would automatically come out as a results!
The next step was to require a funded bank account, a virtual town piggy bank with automatic bank withdrawal for all town electric, gas and water and water tax bills!
