The US government only needs to protect you from foreign powers.

It doesn't have to feed you. It shouldn't have to clothe you and it certainly shouldn't have to pay your health insurance premiums.

Get off your duff and get a job! Work for a living!

Get over the notion that the government should have to watch over you from the cradle to the grave.

I am not your daddy and I don't want to pay for you to lay about and do nothing.

I have no problem paying to help the less fortunate who have no means of support, not just because they are lazy or drunk or drugged out.

There are people who genuinely need to be helped, then there are those who just want to live off the rest of us.

Well, I don't want to support them! Get your grimmy fingers out of my pocket!

Not everybody's a freeloader

There are plenty of people in America who are working and do nto have Helath Insurance. Havn't you heard of the working poor. It is a group which is getting larger and larger. I work and receive a 2% raise every year. Do you think that is keeping up with health costs. My company pays less of the cost and the cost keeps skyrocketing. I am losing money every year if you just add up increased health premiums, co-pays and prescription costs. SO get out from behind the ''everyone's trying to screw me/system'' and get real. The rich are getting richer and the poor are getting more numerous.
