When you buy something, don't you think after you paid for it you own it? You said he paid $200,000 for it, doesn't it mean he owns it now? Why do you dislike him so much? Isn't it better that it has stayed in his pocket, as you said, and not active so more people could be drinking? Think of all the business he has lost over the last 5 years or so, that's how long you said he owned it''. Who cares if it's sitting there? If you think it's so bad, cough up $200,000 and tell him you'll buy it.
