You talk..

as if a being a Townie is a bad thing.. Or perhaps you are talking about one individual and not just anyone who might be a townie.. I am a townie.. I would like to think that most of you who write on this board came here to Braintree because of all of the things we fought for and worked for in the past.. I was a town meeting member, and I think that I fought for many things that brought a lot of you here..
Furthermore, I think the person who started this thread was probably talking about all of the insults and polarization here. Why can't people disagree without being disagreeable. I have been insulted many times for stating my views.. I suppose I am putting my head on the chopping block again.
I welcome healthy discussion.. but the insults and name calling should be set aside.

your apology.. Sometimes I fly off the handle.. and I also apologize for doing just that.
The thing is this..I am proud to be a Braintreeite, I have lived here all of my life and I welcome all who come to live in this proud community. My neighbors are from many areas around the Boston area.. Good people. But as the person who started this thread said.. Let us call a truce. I will debate any issue and I will try to be a gentleman. Thank you for your reply.
