be a little more specific with your statement of department commissioners and selectmen's agendas. Would like to know where ya going with this.

I'm sitting back and listening to all this crap about the bidding of the tree contract etc. etc. etc. It seems to me the town put the bid out, the bids came back, the company they wanted was out of line so we do it again, over and over and over till Colonial get's it right. SMELLS out loud to me. The award should go to D&B. They did every thing right. There's nothing else to it.

like others,but are you saying that the fix is in because you think the town or one of its employee's wants it that way?as a citizen here if you have questions whether this process is shady
or not why not ask? that's why the thread was started.the news report gave
the reader the impression that the town's position was to abide by council
recommendation in Fear that litigation may result otherwise.in the hope of clarifying this position i wondered if that is the Only point here.it would truly be sad if the BOS only concern
was to cover its rear end,you know?it seems the easiest route.should that be
their only concern here?
