New Roofs, Roof Repairs & Painting

We experienced roof damage in 1999 from two severe hailstorms and our insurance company has agreed to repair and replace a number of Brandon Park roofs. The work began in late March and should be completed shortly. Roofs were replaced on the following buildings:

?˜ 1040-42-44 S. Yampa St. 1050-52-54 S. Yampa St.
?˜ 1060-62-64 S. Yampa St. 1070-72-74 S. Yampa St.

Roof retiling and repairs are scheduled for the following buildings:
?˜ 1061-63-65 S Yampa St. 1071-73-75 S. Yampa St.
?˜ 1080-82-84 S. Yampa St. 1081-83-85 S. Yampa St.
?˜ 1090-92-94 S. Yampa St. 1091-93-95 S. Yampa St.

Complete painting and repairing trim for 2000 includes:

?˜ 1060-62-64 S. Yampa St. 1070-72-74 S. Yampa St. 1079 S. Walden Way
