Swimming Pool Rules

The Brandon Park swimming pool belongs to all of us. The pool is open annually between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend. Hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, seven days a week. A key to the pool area has been provided to each unit. Please report lost keys to the property manager. Because keys may not be reproduced, replacement keys will be made available for a $25.00 fee.

The pool is maintained daily during the season. Please report any problems to the property manager.

There is NO lifeguard on duty. To ensure that the pool is safe and properly maintained, the board has established the following rules:
?˜ No glass containers or sharp objects are allowed in the pool area
?˜ No pets are allowed in the pool area
?˜ Excessive noise, shouting, or objectionable language are not permitted
?˜ No food is allowed in the pool - barbecues are not allowed
?˜ Remove all personal belongings and trash from the pool area after use
?˜ Children under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult
?˜ Guests MUST be accompanied by a resident
?˜ Radios are permitted in the pool area - maintain low volume
?˜ Keep the pool gate locked at all times
?˜ Bicycles, tricycles, skateboards, and skates are not allowed
?˜ No cutoffs, jeans, or nude bathing are permitted at any time
?˜ No babies in diapers (cloth or disposable) are allowed in the pool
