2nd Annual Garage Sale

Last year, your Board of Directors sponsored a community garage sale in August. The residents who participated found it to be very successful and yes, profitable. Everybody has "stuff" that's just taking up space. This is your opportunity to get rid of the things you may not need and to find things you do?…one of your neighbors may have just the thing! We plan to hold the garage sale on Saturday, August 12, 2000, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The Board will advertise and decorate with signs and balloons. All you have to do is be ready to do some creative marketing and bargaining. See you there!
