Using Association Water

Water is paid for through our monthly association fees. The water we buy supplies potable water to all units, fills the swimming pool, and waters the lawns, shrubbery, and trees. There are two primary reasons that the use of association water is restricted within Brandon Park. First, the cost of water increases with added usage. Second, we have an issue in our area with runoff and drainage. Because of these considerations, individual units may not install nor use water hoses for any reason. In addition, residents are not allowed to wash their cars on the property. While these rules may inconvenience the individual, we know that the community will ultimately benefit. Do not allow anyone the use of your water spigot, and please report any illegal use of association water to the management company.
