Brandywine Subdivision

We have owned our residence in the Brandywine Development since 1994 and have noticed that in the past 6-7 years their has been several owners that have allowed their front yards to become overtaken by tall weeds and no upkeep....This only contributes to the "Blight" of our neighborhood and deminishes the value of all our properties... Has anyone a remedy for getting these property owners on board the neighborhood beautification project? Have tried the City neighborhood Blight website and each time the involved properties are visited, the weeds are mowed until next time their is a complaint...
