Hearthstone Manor Homeowners Association

Once upon a time our beautiful small pond with its fountain was one of the jewels of our subdivision. Unfortunately, it has fallen upon hard times. The fountain hasn't worked since sometime last month and the surface of the pond itself is covered with patches of algae and an occasional piece of trash. Do any other homeowners want to save our treasure from becoming a disease infested swamp?

Has there been any indication from Gasser Mgmt, or Small Waters when someone will be attending to the small pond?

Is there an opportunity to find out how to operate the pump mechanism for this fountain? I would be will do donate some of my time to trying to keep that in running order. It seems to always get plugged from lack of maintenance and probably a poor design.

Is the board willing to seek other professional opinions on what can be done to improve the pump mechanism/design of the fountain?
