Architectural Control Committee

Feb 02, 2004

The members of this committee are Byron Blakeslee, Janet Holmes, and John McCauley. When you plan to paint the outside of your house, make an addition, add or change a deck, replace trees, put up a fence or generally change the outside appearance of your house, remember to contact the Architectural Control Committee with your plans, colors, etc. This committee is tasked to ensure the character of this unique living area is maintained. Strict compliance with these rules is necessary to ensure we maintain a neighborhood in which we can all be proud to live.

Hints when submitting a request to the Architectural Committee:
?• Check with your neighbors for their input on design and color(s)
?• Submit early (please allow at least three weeks), so the committee can discuss as a committee ?– not all members are always in town
?• Submit color samples for house painting, a sample of roofing material, a design or drawing for yard changes or deck additions
?• Comply with the Covenants ?– if not sure, discuss with the Committee in advance
?• Finish your project in a timely manner
