Covenants and By-Laws

Some homeowners have indicated that they do not have copies of the Declaration of Protective Covenants or the Briar Ridge Homeowners Association By-Laws. These documents should have been given to you by the previous homeowners or left in the house for you to have when you moved in. If you do not have these documents they can be purchased, for the reproduction cost, from the Association. Contact Janet Holmes (Janet@Holmes.Denver.CO.US or 303-794-5328). When you sell your house be sure that you pass these important documents along with the monthly assessment coupons to the new owners. The Board will discuss at their next meeting possibly revising the covenants and by-laws to bring them up to date.
