The Committees mission is to assist with the implementation of construction and fencing requests, homeowner complaint forms, and be responsible for covenant compliance within the neighborhood.
The BNA Board and the Compliance Committee feel that all of us should be accountable to the standards that the BNA covenants and restrictions outline.
An organized process for submission of architectural requests and homeowner complaints is now in place. Three documents: (1) New or Replacement Construction Request (2) New or Replacement Fence Request and (3) Homeowner Complaint Form. The forms are found under Community Pages. There is also a copy of the Briarcreek Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions posted there.
Letters are sent to homeowners who are in violation of current covenants. Some of these violations may also be code violations within the OKC Municipal Code. Most notable are trailers, boats or motor homes parked in driveways, other parking violations and yard or trash maintenance matters. Homeowners may submit the complaint form about any violation that they feel the Committee should address.
The goal is for residents to follow the standards for Briarcreek set forth in our covenants. These standards are imperative to keeping our property values as high as possible, and fair to each homeowner that their neighbors comply with the rules. We have a beautiful and safe addition, and want to maintain or improve on that status.
