Now that the edition is complete.Why arent the dues dropping .  somethings not right  every other addition the dues drop with the completion of the addition   with as many homes that are here  there is no way   they should not drop. and  lets discuss your mowers you hired . they are suppose to mow all comon areas  well that is a laugh myself and my neighbors  take care of the area around our pond.  and the snow removers  they cost me extra money  due to pushing the snow past the side walk  and damaging  my front lawn  and side walk that had to be repaired  as well as hitting our mailbox. its time to  start think of the people in the addition before  we force people to lose thier  home due to paying these extremly high due along with fixing problems  your service people create. Who else fells the dues need to be lower.

I agree - previously I lived in Creekside Woods and homeowners dues were 1/2 for just as much house.  And a lot more services - free trash pick up , new mailboxes and posts every 2 years etc.

I can't even get an answer as to when the neighborhood sale is for 2011 and it doesn't cost anything for them just to answer via email - think it's time to look at a different association for this neighborhood

I used to live in Creekside Woods too.

I say we sue the county with a class action and abolish the HOA all together! All they do is steal our money
