Whole Story

Your quote.

also a homeower here and believe that we do not have the whole story only one side I talk to the hoa office and was told that jack, broke his own rules and was pissoff that the hoa and not letting the board post the truth and was editing some 411 to you all and his wife who works for the hoa was also doing wrong so please get your story striagh before we speak not judge the hoa I will be talking to the mangth about this ,,,and see if the truth comes out ,I lived next to Mark and will talk to him ,,,but for now just in mind we do not the whole story

First off, I did not break any rules. I posted my opinions as any homeowner can. Second, I did not get pissed off. Third, I did not edit anyones comments, I did not stop or edit any of the Boards posting. If they were not allowed to post the truth it is because they did not want the truth posted. Fourth, I have never posted anyones 411, or as regular people talk, INFO. I do not know who is telling you this crap. None of your info has ever been posted by myself or my wife. Any info I have I got off the web as anyone can. So don't threaten to SUE me for crap that has not happened, and crap you have heard. Get your story straight before you make threats and accusations....
Are ya'll adults?

OK, really, enough is enough. I am doing this to protect your own ass Jack and if you can't see that then you really have issues.

There was a homeowner that went to the HOA and was having issues over someone talking about his home. No, no addresses, specifications, names or private information was given out over the board as far as I am aware, however the homeowner asked for his home to stop being talked about. Jack, stop bringing it up before you have the homeowner taking action against you. Let it go. You know I am not one for only hearing half the story but here is the bottom line:
You are no longer a volunteer. Either way, if you weren't pissed off before, you are now. Stop responding. We have heard your side of the story before, we know what you had to say. If you feel that your side of the story is not out fully, someone needs to sit down with you and the Board as a mediator and get the full story face to face. Stop defending yourself to people who think one way. You're not going to sway them.

Ruben, anyone else responding to this from the Board of Directors, Stop already. If I was the homeowner, I would have your butts as well for keeping it going. YOU are bringing this on yourselves and it is making y'all look bad. I'm not the homeowner, I was not part of the original conversation, but I will now post my two cents about it. You are not going to sway someone who thinks one way either. Stop trying to.

This is getting ridiculous. Every single one of you are grown adults. If you feel that one of you are more right than the other and you have hard evidence to prove it, find a way to solve it amongst yourselves, I don't want to hear about it anymore. Personally, I would like to hear about the walking group around Bridgewood again. I was really interested in that.

Move on or move out (not literally), but that's enough.

Adults

Jess, yes I am an adult. I was never told of this homeowner asking not to be mentioned, either by him, the BOD or the HOA office. I just keep seeing people accusing me of things that did not happen. That is my only issue. As long as they falsely accuse me, I will post.

Reponding to Jess

Hi Jess,

Thanks for the reminder that we should also be discussing the positive issues and not only the negative. The problem is that typically most folks are more willing to share their opinion when something is wrong.

I'm not defending anyone here but I did read all of the posts on the other web site and it was NOT Jack that brought up the questionable shed. He simply responded to someone asking a question about how some requests have been getting approved. In fact is was Ruben and later Mark that shared enough description that any resident could figure out what home it was, not that a 16 foot incomplete shed was hard to find. And even then, since neither the address nor the residents name was used I have a hard time understanding what the issue was.

I admit that I posted some negative responses to Ruben about how difficult it was to read anything he writes. I also questioned his threatening tone with residents that simply wanted some clarification.

Here is the bottom line --- there are many homeowners in Bridgewood. They all have a right to discuss their concerns. If any person, or group of persons, think that they can shut them up they are wrong. The BOD can shut their website and another will appear. Even if this site closes another will appear. The nice thing about first amendment is that we have the right to free speach. If the BOD doesn't want to listen, that is their right as well.

REMINDER: Please keep in mind that if anyone wants to use this site to voice their opinions or concerns, it must meet the terms of use that was agreed to when signing up. There will NOT be any threats or vulgar language posted here or that posting may be removed and / or that user may be banned. Threats will be treated as required by law.
