Look At the numbers

Look At These numbers;

If last year 298 people of this community brought in around 650k and then this year we had an increase of 100K the total is now 750k. This should be enough to cover the Dead Beats.


But Wait..... now the Management company want even more money another 250K now the total comes to 1 Million Dollars


Out of the 1 Million Dollar Budget half of it goes to Administration cost and Maintenance personnel.


We will ask how this has happen at the next board meeting next Tuesday night and are starting to get signed petitions asking for an independent audit of the management company.

The board needs to run the meeting and not the Management company who is forcing the board for more money. The board has had it to easy and keeps having the community pay for their mistakes.

It is time to hold an election and replace the board and get a new management company.

We the community will make this place better by change. Change must be now!

Now you are talking. If a new board is elected, I think the concerned residents of the community could cut the hoa dues in half with a competent management co. and no onsight employees. A few good people could turn this place around. I would suggest that the townhomes buy their own hazard insurance. That way they control the company, the deductable, and the premiums. I don't know if that is possible for the condos, but worth cheaking out.
You are not getting the deal

MAYBE YOU NEED TO REVIEW THE BUDGET AND REALLY SEE WHERE YOUR MONEY IS GOING

I can plainly see that TMMC is not concerned with this community by not getting after these Violators.

I can see TMMC reducing there cost on us in future as one method in reducing the overall cost to our citizens.

Im very sure that out of pocket cost..... will result in there replacement with another Management Company.

Your impalement of a emergency assessment holds little weight since it was not even presented at the last HOA Meeting or even discussed. Such a Imposed Emergency assessment affects the community and should be discussed instead of imposed on us.

Your actions of no communication and a unwholesomeness of proper communication to this community have resulted in a direct evaluation of the Current Board Of Directors.

It seems uneventful that the Board OF Directors TMMC COULD CONSIDER CUTTING COSTS AND GOING AFTER THESE people who will not pay there proposed bills.

We should not pay these new assessments as US citizens when we are protected by Laws governing this type of Activity.

Good luck, you may have a force of 70 Town homes but the majority is in the Condiminiums.
