ok then who is going to keep the same kids from trashing a pool & from leaving condoms etc at a playground..  that would just be trading one problem for another..

I would think the clubhouse or pool would need some supervision (lifeguards/parents) for the little ones. Just a thought, maybe not such a good one after all.Sealed

No I think it is a good idea.  But we do have to consider how many parents wouldn't take the time to supervise the kids big or little.  Like the same kids we see roaming around outside all the time with no parents outside.  Also are dues would have to go up to pay for a lifegaurd.  Anyways doesn't matter what we do someone will always complain..

So what are the options?

1. Not pay and let nature take its course.

2. Raise our dues and pay for water rights

3. Drain the lake and convert it into a park that everyone can use, walking path basketball courts, swimming pool...
