No, and that would really bother me. I had a neighor that had a dog that barked all night and I called the HOA and they sent a letter and it actually solved the problem.
Your mileage nay vary, some homeowners don't care about a letter from the HOA. |

Guess Ill give that a try. Darn thing barks most of the day. I cant even open the door to the backyard or sit in the patio without it going berzerk and tearing at the fence like it wants to get to me. |
