Architectural Changes Require Approval!

Just a reminder that all architectural changes require prior written approval. Anything that can be seen from the street or a neighboring unit is considered an architectural change.

Keep Children Safe!

Please keep your children safe. Don't let them play in the street unsupervised. A little supervision goes a long way, so make an effort to watch your children BEFORE an accident occurs. Also vitally important to follow is our posted 10 MPH SPEED LIMIT. Please please SLOW DOWN.
