Residents of Brookfield Village:

A reminder that if you are storing a boat on your driveway or selling of a boat on your driveway you are in violation of our Deed Covenants.
As it is written: No truck, trailer, boat, camper, recreational vehicle or commericial vehicle shall be parked or stored on any lot unless it is in the garage or other vehicle enclosure out of view from the street and butting properties; provided, however that noting herein shall prohibit the occasional nonrecurring temporoary parking of such truck, trailer, boat, camper, recreational vehicle on the premise for a period not exceed 72 hours in any period of 30 days.
