Decks, Fences, and Patios still need a BVHA approval letter.

Dear Residents of Brookfield Village:

As in the past, if you are building a deck, fence, or patio you will need to contact the Secretary of the BVHA for your approval letter which the City of Hilliard will require from your contractor.  Our deed restrictions require any building activities to be approved. Please submit details of your plans, measurements, drawings, pictures, samples etc. that will help us understand what it will look like and we'll gladly review or stop out to your house to discuss further.
