The neighbors have two humongous dogs they  completely ignore and confine for hours on end on their deck where they bark continiously  not to mention all the defecation which causes a horrible smell. Next to their deck is a tacky wire fence they have erected as sort of a dog pen. Now and then one of their dogs gets loose, runs in my yard and attacks. I have called the police and also animal control. I think they were fined on the attack issue but I am still afraid to venture in my own yard. The dogs could easily jump over the deck and attack again. Animal control was of little help - they maintain as long as the dogs are confined to the deck that's the same as having them on a lesh. I am ready to scream. Never had any problems in this neighborhood until this couple moved in and brought along their humongous wolve like dogs.
