I was just recently informed that a riding lawn mower was purchase and our President is not allowing the homeowners to use it. He has been riding it around like a cowboy moving lots near his street. How about letting others use it to mow lots or common areas around different streets, not just the areas to make his home more beautiful. Another thing, how about John Thomas and his lots. Make and hold him accountable!!!!!!!

Yes, we have a lawnmower and it's kept at the pres house. Have you asked him about using it or is this second hand? Phone number is on our newsletter. He does mow around his home and the lot behind him but he also mows vacant lots on Bunting and the entrance by Rte 11. He also maintains the mower.

Please this is not the Journal Junction. If you have an issue you don't have to be rude about it. My question is what sort of liability is the Homeowner's association willing to take on when someone borrows the, I assume, community lawn mower and then hurts themselves or a loved one.
