The Pataskala City Council Street Committee sent forward to Council a recommendation that as a cost saving factor that ''NO'' plowing or salting of sub divisions or old village neighborhood streets except at the access points like Brooksedge entances/exits for Taylor Road. Plowing would only occur at over 4'' of snow fall in the sub divisions. The main roads like Taylor and State Routes would be plowed and salted. They also decided to not repair any street lights that go out. Additionally they recommended that only two road paving projects be accomplished this year in order to save $120,000 for emergencies like a bad winter. They are pave Blacks Road and chip & seal Headley Mill. They also agreed that the city should paint edge lines on Taylor Rd., and remark the school zones. Steel plates are to be placed on the collapsing storm drains along SR 310/Main St. in the Old Village area.
In last evening Council meeting the Council supported these recommendations of the Council Street Committee as a cost saving measure.

I spent about an hour tracking down the Brroksedge Web site and had to re register. The site has Bruse Baird as Mayor and no City Council informations. Can anyone tell me what happened? I would be happy to get you all the contact information for this site on City Council.
