Brookside Colony Civic Association

I understand that the folks livng at brookside colony have agreed to live in a neighborhood free of sheds. I understand that the theory behind this thought is to keep the neighborhood from going downhill, HOWEVER, where do you keep you lawnmowers and other yard and garden equipment? Is it possible that there is a shed out there constructed of materials acceptable to the brookside colony neighborhood civic assocaion?

I also live in Brookside Colony and like the choice to own a storage area in my own back yard. If you feel the same please post your thougts here. We can work together to change the rules so that we can all be happy not just some of us
