  yesterday i discovered that i have been a victim of vandalism for the second time since i purchased my house on wood valley dr what upsets me even more was that its neighborhood kids  if any one has any idea how to stop this i would greatly appreciate it .they are smoking drinking and using my property as a hang out and paiting my privacy fence and one kids name is even on it .
