2. Provide sprinkler plans and site plans.

3. Initial all changes.

4. Sign impact form.

5. Provide finish schedule.

6. Ensure that all toilet rooms meet the Florida Accessibility Code.

7. Wood bases are not allowed in toilet rooms.

8. Provide floor drains with primers in toilet rooms.

9. Ensure correct plumbing isometrics.

10. Provide HiLo drinking fountains.

11. Include drainage calculations and profiles.
12. Indicate fire stop details.

13. Provide gas riser.

14. Include people count and confirm fixture count for room capacity.

15. Fixture clearance is no good.

16. Provide pan and drain for HWH on 2nd floors.

17. Base of stacks should include cleanouts.

18. Provide full-size vent through roof.

19. Provide net sales area.

20. Provide anti-scald tub and shower valves.

21. Review water pipe sizing (Table 460)

22. Review grease trap requirements (Sec. 4612.2)

23. Review cleanout requirements (Sec. 4608.2)

24. Review heater pan drains requirements (Sec. 4614.18(e)2)

25. Review valve requirements (Sec. 4614.11)
