Effective, July 1st, our Homeowners Association has instituted the Brownstone Message Center. There are color reflectors mounted on the "No Solicitation" sign at the front entrance and on the "No Construction Through" sign at the back entrance. The purpose is to inform the neighborhood of pertinent information that is of interest to the homeowners in the neighborhood. This would include (but not be limited to) break-ins of houses or cars in the immediate neighborhood and meetings or social gatherings.

If you experience a break-in or any other violation of your property / person (after you call the local police department) please call Tim Wait, Association President, or any other Board member to report the incident. A message will be placed on the phone message center and the color of the reflectors will be change to alert the residents of Brownstone.

The color of the reflectors signify the following:

BLUE = All clear.
AMBER = HOA meeting or special event.
RED = Criminal Activity Reported.
