Once again the rain is beating down on us. Shreveport is under a flood warning. It seems this is just happening all too often. PLEASE, use caution when you see the water rising on the roadway! The last time we had water on the roadway a car stalled and the Homeowners Association was contacted to pay for the damaged vehicle. It was explained that the Homeowners Association is not the responsible party to pay for the flooded cars and is up to the individual to contact their private insurance company to make a claim.
