Here we go again!
As a fairly new resident of Brunswick Place, only two years, I am disappointed with the Gate system. The two side entry gates have been broken more than they have worked. The side gate on Town South(?) has not been functional for some time now.
I understand that the ill repair is due, in most cases, to people who do not know how to drive or don't give a flip.
I would like to recommend that we place security cameras at all gates and have that information recorded. This would serve two purposes, we would have a record of who the idiot(s) are that keep running in to the gates as well as having a record of every vehicle that enters the subdivision.
This would serve as a method of increasing security as well as allowing any new gate repairs to billed to the individual(s) who continue to wreck the gates. ( Auto insurance would pay for the property damage.)
We may also consider security cameras in the green space. By providing video coverage for the gates as well as the park we will be able to assist the police to identify not only the cars that damage the gates but also perhaps identify the sorry scumbags that cruse through this neighborhood looking for cars to break into and/or things to steal.
Since it does not appear that many people review this site I will not be at all surprised if no one responds to this message.
