Buckfield Farms HOA

We've been approached by Ravenel Town Council and Mayor Opal Baldwin to consider annexation into the town.  A town representative is to contact us soon.  There are probably several advantages to us in such a move, not the least of which could be a significant reduction or elimination of the Buckfield Farms regime fee, if the town takes over the road maintenance, street lights, stormwater fee, and common area upkeep (if we deed over the pond and common area as a city park) ... and even the liability insurance costs (if we elect to disolve the association).  Let's think about it and come up with a united barginning agreement.  Any thoughts?

 I am all for Ravenel, we dont need to be associated with Hollywood and its failing housing market, high crime rate and section eight housing in any way.

The town of Ravenel offers a great deal, so I would suggest an emergency meeting and invite a representative from the town council along with the Mayor and lets get the show on the road.

I am so afraid that Hollywood will pull a Joe Riely and force us into their township to boost their tax base.
