12/01/05 Board Meeting Minutes

BCA

In Attendance: BCA Board Members: Susan Lindsay, Lily Witham, Gilly Burlingham, Ann Bowling, Bethany Pratt, Brianne Eastburn. Also attending: Lee Perlman (Hollywood Star)

Board Member Resignation – Susan Lindsay let us know that Seann McKeel has stepped down from the BCA.

We all discussed recruiting members for the board. Everyone is asked to get the word out that we have two board positions open.

Susan Lindsay suggested that we donate to the Central Catholic High School David Heller Scholarship fund. The board agreed that we would donate $100 to the fund.

Gilly Burlingham has agreed to attend the CPAC meetings as Buckman’s representative, taking over for Seann McKeel.
