Anytime will help, hitting just your block will help.  It is not like we do not have enough signatures, but the more we get the stronger it will show how our community wants the change.

OK, here is the breakdown I got from Brett regarding the over budget spending the last couple months....

Contract Services:

$4847 to Tot Lot, this is for the playgrounds.  I hope this is paying back bills, I have not received an answer on that yet.

$1749 to Copper Star Engineering.  I still have not received an answer as to why or what for.

$123 to Phils Home Maintenance.  This was a back payment, a bill we still had not paid from earlier.

Utilities:

$611 to SRP, I don't know if this was for two months, or back payment, I still have not received an answer.

Office Supplies:

$5227 was for the payment booklets that were sent out at the begining of the year.  Each book cost $4.01.  And there are 1306 homes.

When I get an update, I'll post it.

$5227.00 for something that wasn't right. Gosh, I wish I could do a half-assed job and get to keep my job!

I have been reading your topics now for about 3 months. I can understand your concern's about your money.

The problem I have with you, is you seem to say one thing over and over like a broken record. Oasis did get back to right after the last meeting and told you they will do what you want which was to mail it to you. Which they did at the expense of the community. You could have just deducted that amount from the next payment and it would have been ajusted to your account.

As far as where the Community money is or where it went, try going to the Treasures report on the Home page and see everything listed from the treasurer.

I understand you hate Oasis and the HoA Board, which is fine for what ever reason you may have. You can voice your opinion come November and vote who you want on the Board just like everyone else in this community.

I suggest since you are not a resident of Castlegate any more, but own and rent out a home in this Community instead of wasting the communities time and money.  Try and understand that everyone is having a very hard time right now throughout the country. You may still have a job, and be able to afford two homes good for you. Think about the ones who don't have a job, we are out hear trying our best to tackle our bills and to some Oasis has tried to work with each of us in this trying times.

You do have a say in this Community, why what try and be more constructive towards Oasis and the board push your hate aside and help out. we all have the same concerns.
