Burbank PAC Candidate wins a seat. Nearly a hundred candidates ran to fill 35 seats on the Strong Neighborhood Initiative, Project Area Committee, which will represent the 20 project areas, roughly 2-3 hundred thousand people over 10,000 acres. Congratulation goes to Daniel J. Chavez, Chairperson of the BCA in being elected.
