The City of San Jose Redevelopment Agency is planning to spend $120,000,000.00 in 20 different neighborhoods within the next five years or about $20,000,000.00 a year. The Burbank Community is being considered for one of these project areas. The benefit of receiving planning information and funding if approved is great, however, the stick is that we may be required to annex into the city; thus, should we be part of the Strong Neighborhood Intiative or not?
