Owned my home since 1990, made a big mistake 10-11 years ago and put in $100,000 renovation. The house to the east of me is either a section 8 house or some type of disability renter. There is no disability that can be seen. The renters are trash. Currently there are eight cars, no idea if all are tagged Three have been sitting for over a year. Trash, hot tub, etc. Trash constantly in my yard and the neighbors to the west of me.
The owner of this slum rental complained about three torn trash bag filled with cans, on my property on the side of my garage that faces the renters, agreed, I picked them up removed them, they had been sitting there since my husband died last spring.
Any education as to what I can do in Park County about this? Was thinking about selling however the renters trash makes my property look bad.
I was told that I needed three other neighbors to complain with me is this true? Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks
