Too much dumping

People...there is still waaaay to much trash and bulk dumping in the alleys! Please, please, please follow the instructions of Refuse Collection and place these items at the curb in front of your house on trash day. The bulk truck will not pick it up in the alley accept by special arrangement.

This is not only unsightly but it's dangerous to children, animals and vehicles. It also attracts strangers who may not only look at the bulk left but are looking at the rest of our property as well. We are encouraging crime!
Please STOP!

If those aren't good reasons...remember it is illegal !!! It can carry as much as a felony conviction of a $25,000.00 fine and/or 4 years in jail.

Trash should be bagged and placed in the dumpsters.
Bulk items can be picked up by the bulk truck weekly or for special bulk pickup call 645-TRSH (8774)

Illegal dumping can, should and will be reported to Refuse Collection at the same number.
