CAI PUBLISHES COMPREHENSIVE GUIDE TO COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION TELECOM ISSUES.

ALEXANDRIA, June 11 — From central antenna system requirements to satellite dish placement rules, community associations are facing a host of new regulations and service opportunities in the telecommunications arena, according to the Community Associations Institute.
