This is a national organization that gathers information and shares with the public.
It has partners and members all over the United States.

WISCONSIN STATE STATUTE
Wisconsin State Statute 1001 is in place for the creation of "COMPREHENSIVE PLANS" that meet state standards.
There are 9 sets of uniform state standards for a comprehensive plan. They are:
1. Issues and Opportunities
2. Housing
3. Transportation
4. Utilities and Community Facilities
5. Agricultural, natural, and cultural resources
6. Economic Development
7. Intergovernmental Cooperation
8. Land-Use
9. Implementation
