I am Elder Edward Franklin. president of COLT Coalition

Yes we are proud of the fact that we changed the landscape in Tioga by assisting in the implementation of over 20 million in new and rehabilitated housing in  Tioga but what we are most proud of is the involvment of community members as well as students from the Temple University undergrads and medical school's decision to get involve to focus on the kids in the neighborhood to be able to grow up and become productive adults without the chains of prison, drugs or gang violence

yes we helped a lot but we still need more people to commit to help our children to survive.
