Last nite 10/08/11.... between a vacant house  on TERA ALTA, there was a person seen "roaming". CPD were called, they responded, turn lights between homes twice, and left. (?) Knowing that 24 hrs earlier they had CPD, SWAT, SHERRIFS, UNDERCOVER, K-9, ALLLL WITH GUNS, looking for the idiot from MICHIGAN, A CHILD RAPIST!!!! They ended search across from EnchantedAcres.  Hmmmmmmmm
