Your voice must be heard to put a stop to this.

Not only CVS but this zone change could involve additional stores, fast food, gas station or whomever they can get to sign a lease.

u can go to the 5 points web site and the bylaws are listed there. problem is that the board of director are hudson and mike lynn and the developer and builders who share the interest in the land   i dont know our home owners association link  perhaps someone will post the link

Dear Hon Deaver
The board of Directors does not represent the homeowners association in for the villiage of 5 points  or me in this  matter of zone change set for march 30 @130. The people on the board are in fact the developers and bulders and are self serving and are not protecting the homeowners interests. For instance robin davis and john sergovic stated at the planning and zoning meeting that the homeowners would still be fiscally responsbile for a road that the cvs pharmacy (open 24hrs)(or B-1 zoning) would share. They stated that they assummed CVS would bear some finacial responsibility. This has not been brought to the home owners attention in any way so they may vote on how they would like to spend the home owners money.  Please keep the AR-1 zone as is. The Hudson' s  self serving business arrangement is my HOME .
