September Meeting

We had 10 neighbors in attendance. At last months monthly meeting a vote was taken to utilize Living Stones Church as our regular meeting sight. Thank you Pastor Paul Vander Klay for allowing us to use the churches facilities.

We are asking neighbors to bring their top 3 concerns in the neighborhood to the monthly meetings. With this information the board of directors will set priorities for the association.

Doug Houston gave a presentation which included slides of common code violations. The city codes are posted online and a complaint form can be filled out at

http://www.cityofsacramento.org/codeform.htm.

If a number of homes with violations are identified the association can make up a flyer as a courtesy to notify home owners that code enforcement will be in the neighborhood.
