Have the statements for this been sent? I thought that they were due in April. I am not sure if I somehow missed it or if it is just not time yet.

Dues for Ditch

We have held off on collecting the dues for the ''Ditch'' of 400.00. We are currently in the process of what we hope to be a successful negotiation with the developer.

SDF fund

hey leslie...no you did not miss the statement. we decided to hold off on sending the $400 assessment for a couple of months in hopes of a settlement. when we know more, we will post it on the website or just keep checking the mail for the invoice. thanks for inquiring.
