When one has experienced the Christian life in their walk with Christ, but is out of fewllowship with their persoanl church

For any person who desires to enjoy the rights, privileges and obligations of membership on a limited, temporal basis. This category does not include voting privileges, because the member's affiliation with another church does not change.
