If anyone out there is tired of the graffiti in the neighborhood go talk to the property owner at 326 E Smoot Pl. This individual owns the vacant lot at 314 E Rger Road (vacant lot west of the Shari Don trailer park). He has decided to allow graffiti "artists" to use the wall at the south end of this property as a "free wall". A friendly neighbor has explained to him that free walls does nothing to abate graffiti, and they actually INCREASE it in the area.
